Here’s and overview of my regular events:

FRIDAYS

Time: 10:00 to 10:45

Audience: Mums, Dads, Grandparents and littles ones 0-4 years young

Zumbini – Face to face in Nottingham

WEDNESDAYS

Time: 19:30 to 20:30

Wellness Wednesday Bi weekly Drop-in session online

Audience: Guests, Community & Connected SiStars

THURSDAYS

Time: 20:00 to 21:30

If you decide to become Community or Connected SiStar you will be invited to events scheduled for Thursdays.

The 1st and 2nd Thursdays of the month is the Sizzle SisSTARs Group Coaching & Accountability Club

Audience: Sizzle SisSTARs Only

Time: 20:00 to 20:30

The 2nd Thursday of the month is reserved for a Sizzle SisSTARs Information Call

Audience: Guests

Time: 19:30 to 21:00

The Last Thursday of the month is an opportunity for us to come together at the online ‘Health & Well-being Cafe’
