My background is in project and event management. However, I’ve always wanted to support others in a deeper and meaningful ways. After overcoming a very dark patch in my professional life I was looking to redefine my business offer. So I decided to retrain to become a Well-being & Lifestyle Coach in 2013. My initial training started off in the area of nutrition. I since gained knowledge in the area of physiology and emotional fitness.

I’m on a mission to help more women to live a healthy active lifestyle. I’d aiming to support women to delay the aging process through nutrition and exercise.

My services include group coaching, one to ones and creating online courses. I also love to write. too!
